Premium Sandblasting Hoses For Smooth Flow and Tough Build

Your blast hose is the center of your sandblasting system, and must be capable of handling both high pressure and abrasion as well as working well with all equipment and abrasives used on site – incompatibilities could lead to reduced efficiency or damage over time.

Reach peak durability and performance with this hose, designed specifically to connect a flat sand valve to pusher line and blast pot nipple. Plus, rubber-lining helps ensure maximum longevity in this wear-prone piece of equipment.

Smooth Flow

This high-performance abrasive media blasting hose is constructed with an extra thick and highly abrasion resistant natural rubber tube for enhanced abrasion resistance. It features kink resistance for reduced operator fatigue and extended hose life; static electricity dissipation to avoid shocks is also dispersed through its static conductivity; its outer diameter allows over-the-cover sandblast coupling compatibility. Ideal for building maintenance, restoration, cleaning metal parts, stone, and glass surfaces it has many uses within industries as diverse as building maintenance, restoration, cleaning/finishing metal parts/stone/glass.

Premium 4-ply sandblast hose for handling steel shot, sand and other abrasive materials at high velocity with ease. Abrasion resistant and constructed to handle high pressure applications.

It offers higher working pressure than conventional, single-setting nozzles and is easy to switch between settings. Furthermore, this nozzle features an abrasion-resistant coating for protection of its inner workings against abrasion – even standing up to four-foot drop tests without suffering damage!

Pressure at nozzle is typically lower than air compressor and pot because of various resistances found along its route from air dryer to hose, including valves, connections, blast pot and abrasive media. Proper hose sizing can help minimize this loss in pressure – matching its size to pressure at pot as well as anticipated maximum operating pressure of nozzles is recommended for best results.

Tough Build

This sandblast hose boasts a black, heavy duty, static-conductive natural rubber tube compound to deliver exceptional service life. It withstands external abuse, internal abrasion and is kink resistant. Built for high velocity transfer of abrasive materials such as sand and steel shot for building maintenance, restoration or construction projects or cleaning and finishing metal parts; additionally its anti-static tube dissipates static electricity to avoid shocks from developing.

Blast hoses come equipped with either standard or MegaMax couplings (with thread adapters available to convert megamax couplings to standard QC couplings). MegaMax couplings allow blast hoses to be connected at the metering valve outlet, increasing PSI available to their respective nozzle.

Response Deadman Handles feature an effortless operation thanks to their Twin-Line control hose that connects directly with both nozzle and workhead, enabling blast operators to easily switch between blasting and blow-off by simply flipping over their deadman handle. Furthermore, no need exists for returning back to pot for air lines or trekking further back just to switch off abrasives!

This sandblast hose comes equipped with contractor threads designed to fit most flat sandblast valves, and most blast nozzles (including our premium silicon nitride nozzles if you upgrade from the included standard one). Furthermore, this product includes an expertly connected 1 1/4″ ID pipe nipple that securely joins flat sandblast valve, pusher line, and blast hose coupling together.

Abrasion-Resistant

Abrasion-resistant hoses are indispensable in harsh working environments, as they provide resistance against damage and wear – guaranteeing continued efficiency despite frequent usage. Furthermore, this type of hose can withstand high pressure for greater industrial results.

This heavy-duty sandblasting hose was specially created to handle highly abrasive substances like silica that are transported at high velocities. It features an abrasion-resistant tube to avoid premature internal wear while its durable construction guarantees no kinking issues.

This versatile sandblasting hose was built to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, making it the ideal tool for any industrial setting. Able to withstand 150 psi pressure, it serves as a powerful industrial tool and reliable piece of equipment even under pressure-laden environments. Equipped with an NR/BR abrasion-resistant tube which doubles as electrical conductivity as well as reinforced high tensile textile cords for added support, plus pin pricked black conductivity helps prevent static electricity buildup from happening over time.

Durable

Blast hoses are essential components of your blasting equipment that connect it directly to the surface you are cleaning, and must withstand both the force of blast media and pressure of air flowing through them. Selecting an ideal hose can reduce safety risks while simultaneously increasing productivity – Kingdaflex offers various blast hose options with various working pressure ratings for various applications, as well as 3-ply models which can handle greater amounts of pressure than 2-ply models.

Quality sandblast hoses should feature strong construction as well as resistance against external abrasion and prolonged use. Their ID should also be three to four times greater than their respective nozzle sizes for optimal pressure and media flow.

Kingdaflex’s premium black sandblast hose can withstand even the toughest of blast materials with ease, thanks to its thick natural rubber static dissipating tube reinforced by abrasion-resistant textile plies for strength and durability. Furthermore, its tough black SBR cover protects against ozone cracking, weather cracking, abrasion and chemicals; boasting 150 PSI working pressure rating at temperatures from -40 to 180 Fahrenheit it makes this an excellent investment!

This sandblast hose stands out from the competition by being constructed of rugged material that’s both abrasion- and puncture-resistant. Perfect for harsh environments like shipyards or industrial settings, its durable construction can withstand impacts from steel shot, coal slag and aluminum oxide while still remaining flexible enough for punctures or crushes. Plus its large ID and OD make it suitable for use with heavy machinery!
